​Why In-Home Child Care?
Carmen's Child Care is open 5 days a week, with flexible hours to work with parents' individual work schedules. Alongside the ability to accomodate different needs, we provide more individual attention to each child than traditional centers. Studies show that individual attention from caregivers can lead to better cognitive and language development in young children.
We provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to socialize and play with each other, which has been shown to improve children's social skills, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. Our aim is to provide a healthy and wholesome space for children to flourish at the same time that we empower families to pursue their financial and personal endeavors.
Why Carmen's Child Care?

Carmen's Child Care is very proud to boast a talented, qualified, and experienced staff. Our head provider, Carmen, has worked for 30+ years in the field of childcare. She regularly attends provider workshops on diverse areas such as educational development and nutrition (USDA nutrition program enrollee), and has been extensively trained in CPR, domestic violence intervention, and safety. Having also worked in nursing as a CNA, RNA, and Home Health Aide, she truly understands the meaning of care from top to bottom.

At the end of the workday, parents come to our facility to find their kids not wanting to leave daycare. Any current or former client can attest to how charismatic, joyful, vibrant, and well-fed their children are while enrolled in our facility, and we hope to extend that to your child.

As a single-mother and immigrant to the United States, childcare has played a very significant role in Carmen's life. Today, as an entrepreneur, it is a vehicle for her to add value to the lives of children and help families in need, but it will always hold a special place in her heart as what empowered her and her son to realize their American Dream.
